Our Head Chef Hefin Roberts thrives on individuality. From the beginning of May, he’ll be amplifying this as he begins to change every dish on his menu by month.
His monthly menus will be following your mood throughout the year and will continue to champion local food but in a variety of new guises.
In addition to the food changes, our new monthly wine pairings will help you savour the flavours of each dish and introduce you to some exciting wines.

Spring is in the air which means we’re busy planning food festivals!
Beaumaris Food Festival is going to be The Bull’s biggie this year (10-11 Sept). We’ve already booked our elegant marquee where we’ll be serving food to suit your mood throughout both days – from an innovative tasting menu on Sat night to brunch on Sunday.
Bookings are being taken for the Saturday evening; be quick as there are only a small number of tables available to make sure your evening is as intimate and memorable as possible.

We’re glad that ‘Mother’s Ruin’ is having a resurgence! It’s long been one of our favourite drinks.
We’re hugely excited about our ever growing range of gins. If you want to taste the different botanicals in each one, we advise to sip them slowly and drink with our recommended accompaniment. And funnily enough, the more we sip, the more we relax!
Look out for our plans over the weekend of 11 June where World Gin Day will be celebrated on the rocks and shaken (not stirred) in a Martini glass.
