Deposit
A 25% deposit is required with online reservations.
Cancellation
Rooms cancelled after midday two days before arrival will be charged in full unless accommodation is
re-let. For rooms cancelled prior to the cancellation deadline online deposits will be held for a period of 6 months and may be used against a further reservation. After this period the deposit is forfeit.
Brasserie dining allowance
Offers that include Brasserie dinner provide an allowance of £25.00 per person towards dinner in the brasserie excluding drinks.
Parking
There is very limited parking available for guests staying in The Olde Bull’s Head. The Townhouse has a single parking space reserved for disabled guests staying in Clementine. There is ample free parking nearby.
Smoking
All guest bedrooms and public areas in both The Olde Bull’s Head and the Townhouse are non smoking.
