Bulls Head staff pass the WorldHost course

Staff members from The Bull were some of the first to pass a WorldHost course offered by Coleg Menai.

The WorldHost course provides an opportunity for the hospitality industry to improve the quality of their service, and to help offer a warm welcome to the visitors.

This is especially important given the international tourism that will be generated by the impressive sporting events that will be held in the country in the coming years. The events include the Olympics in 2012, the Commonwealth Games in 2014, and the Rugby World Cup in 2015.

This course represents just one of the many investments we take to strive to improve the already high level of service we offer.
