Head Housekeeper (no 1)

Margaret's 13 years at The Bull mean she's the longest serving member of our team. Wow, 13 years!

She plays a vital role in making sure everywhere looks beautiful and tidy.

Working so hard all year, she loves letting her hair down in her annual holidays to Ibiza!

Bar Manager

Mark is our energetic bar manager.

A complete ale enthusiast, if you need any tips on our ever growing range of drinks, Mark is the person to ask!

When he’s not busy visiting breweries or searching for the next best ale or gin, you can find him kayaking on the Menai Strait (minus the ale!)

Marketing Manager

Kate holds The Bull close to her heart as it’s been a part of her life since her father bought it in 1987.

After time abroad and 8 years in an FMCG commercial role in London, she’s moved back to Anglesey to be by the sea. Always one to try new foods, she’s excited about being surrounded by delicious flavours in The Bull and is keen our food & drink menus include exciting new ingredients.

Operations Manager

A master of many trades, Gail was a nurse for 20 years.

Since joining The Bull, her wonderful eye for design has led her to re-design some of the bedrooms. They’re a beautiful asset and are super stylish!

One of the things Gail is most proud of in her life is her daughter who’s working tirelessly in the navy.


David is the man in charge!

After buying the hotel in 1987 with his then business partner Keith Rothwell, both shared the vision to evolve the traditional Bull into the more contemporary restaurant and hotel you see today.

“The Bull had a real soul…and still does to this very day”. He credits the staff and The Bull’s customers for this.

Always one to move with the times, he’s now busy planning The Bull’s next big development. Watch this space!
